Our Mission
The Stephenville Parks and Recreation Department (SPARD) operates at the Recreation Hall located at 378 W. Long Street. All registrations can be completed at the Recreation Hall or online.
All programs offered by the Stephenville Parks and Recreation Department will emphasize the recreational model to promote skill and social development through participation and play. It is our goal that every participant has the same opportunity to participate in every activity and to have fun! We will strive to provide the best service in our community through our services provided.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
